Returns

If you change your mind about your order, you may return any item(s) to us, unused and in the condition that they were received in, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at returns@barkinandmeowson.com, including your order number and return to the below address:

Return Postage

All return postage costs are paid for by the customer, unless the item is seen to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your item(s) to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at returns@barkinandmeowson.com first. Please include “Damaged Order” and the Order # in the subject of your email. 

Proof of Postage

When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage, so we recommend retaining your proof of postage until your order has been received and your refund processed.

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 working days, from the day we receive your returned item(s), for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email when your refund has been completed.
